The Rivers State Universal Basic Education Board (RSUBEB) is the state government agency responsible for implementing the Universal Basic Education programme across Rivers State. Established under the UBE Act 2004, the Board oversees the delivery of free, compulsory, and quality basic education from primary to junior secondary level.
RSUBEB works in partnership with the Federal Government, local government councils, communities, and development partners to ensure that no child is left behind — regardless of location, gender, or economic background.
